Justice For Youth and Children

Justice for Children and Youth provides select legal representation to low-income children and youth in Toronto and vicinity. We are a non-profit legal aid clinic that specializes in protecting the rights of those facing conflicts with the legal system, education, social service or mental health systems. We give summary legal advice, information and assistance to young people, parents (in education matters), professionals and community groups across Ontario.

Haiti Earthquake  The recent earthquake in Haiti has moved us all.  While JFCY does not itself have a mandate to alleviate the effects of the earthquake in Haiti, as a clinic devoted to the interests of children we encourage you in any charitable donation you may make, to consider the following registered charities with a special interest in the children of Haiti:

Canadian Red Cross Care Canada

Plan Canada

Save the Children

SOS Children’s Villages

Unicef Canada

World Vision

You may use the above links to make a donation directly for the benefit of Haitian children directly.
